Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Perform onsite consulting services, conduct training classes, and listen to pre- and post-sales customers to understand their needs, identify new requirements for products, and participate in the resolution of escalated customer issues.
- Train and support TechExcel's sales team to ensure up to date knowledge of product offerings.
- Provide telephone-based and electronic (email/web-based) technical support for all TechExcel products. Write SQL scripts to resolve database related problems.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of TechExcel's internal knowledge sharing Knowledge Base.
- Develop competitive analysis, identify industry trends.

| Qualifications: |
- B.S. degree in Information System, Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on delivery of customer implementations and / or sales engineering plus 1 year of technical support experience.
- Excellent oral communication skills and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong understanding of RDBMS (Oracle and MS SQL Server) and SQL.
- Knowledge of networking technologies and tools.
