We encourage you to purchase the Annual Maintenance Plan to receive unlimited technical support, which includes incident submission and management via TechExcel Customer Web Portal, email or phone. Per-Incident Support
If you do not have a valid Annual Maintenance Plan, you can still purchase technical support by paying $250 for the first hour, and $200 for each additional hour.
